ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Introduction
The sales and marketing function is one of the most important domains of business. Structured course and skill development in marketing and sales can not only make the business viable and efficient but also makes the business immune to sudden and inevitable environmental changes like recession. This six month course has objectives that participants should appreciate the linkage between marketing and sales. This course builds understanding about marketing research and consumer insights in Indian context. This course will focus of recruiting, managing and leading sales teams. This course also focuses on how to select, evaluate and manage conflicts in distribution channels. The course highlights contemporary issues in marketing like retail management, e-marketing, and CRM. Last but not the least course also focuses on services marketing.

Eligibility
  • Working managers with an experience profile of 2 years or more, who are graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline.
  • Students would be selected on the basis of their performance in the Program Aptitude Test to be conducted by Hughes, together with assessment of background and motivation based on the application form submitted

Objectives
Programme objectives
  • To give participants an understanding of problems and issues in the field of Human Resource Management.

Certification
  • Participants need to download the application form
  • Fill the application form with all the necessary details as asked in the form.
  • Submit the Duly filled Application Form with the Application Fees and other documents to the nearest HughesNet Fusion Center.
  • On getting selected the participant would be intimated by the center.
  • Candidate has to deposit the fees by Draft to Hughes upon selection to complete the enrolment process.
  • Candidates will successfully complete the program if they have received Poor grades in not more than one course. Successful candidates will receive a certificate of completion from IIM Lucknow – Noida Campus. Those with requisite participation but unable to complete successfully will receive a certificate of participation.
