- Service activated to partners account on Web AST/ Fusion transaction platform
- URL to access Fusion transaction platform
- Computers in the center properly configured on to the Fusion Network
- Center login ID and password on Fusion Transaction platform
- Training on how to use the service
- Adequate balance in the partners advance account with Hughes
