ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The need for management education in today's world for effective performance is a forgone conclusion. While experience might have been the backbone of effective performance in the corporate world of yesterday, knowledge and continuous learning is the mainstay amongst the best organizations of today. In order to satisfy this thirst for knowledge and to become a learning organization, XLRI has evolved a 12 months consolidated program in Business Management.
Programme Objectives
- To give participants an understanding of problems and issues in the field of Business Management.
- To learn the critical elements of General Management processes.
- To equip participants with the required depth and balance of technical and managerial knowledge that will enable them to function successfully in their chosen field.

A very intensive program useful from a corporate management view point
- 12 months Intense learning which also includes a campus study module of learning at the XLRI campus and the rest on the HughesNet Global Education's satellite learning platform

Eligibility
Graduation from a recognized university , Minimum of 2 years of work experience in related field after completing graduation.

- Years and Quality of work experience.
- Personal interviews to be conducted by XLRI faculty using HughesNet Interactive Learning Platform / Face to Face

- Screening and short listing of applications: 5th February 2010
- Interview Dates Between 15th Feb -10 to 25th Feb-10
- Result Declaration: 4th March 2010
- Date of 1st Installment: 30th March 2010
- Induction Date (by HUGHES & Institute): 20th - 25th April 2010
- Date for 1st Session (on IOL): 5th June 2010
- Program End Date: June 2011
