ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We are proud to announce the launch of the 4th Batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from AIMA-CME.
Management qualifications are one of the most sought after programs conducted by AIMA, the apex body for the management profession in India. AIMA–CME has been offering management courses since 1993 through Distance Learning Mode. Management programs from AIMA-CME are widely acclaimed for their strong curriculum by the industry and in academic circles. These programs are designed not only to impart the knowledge of core subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Finance and Marketing but also lays special stress on developing skills and competencies through exposure to real business situations in the form of case studies. AIMA leverages its close linkages with the industry to assess emerging needs and factor them in its programs.
The participant for this distinguished program will be actively engaged in not just the learning of management concepts but also the application of management concepts in running an enterprise by experienced professors who will teach the course. Using both quantitative and qualitative methods, interactive lectures, case studies, and hands-on simulations, participants gain a deeper understanding of management concepts and the application of those concepts throughout the organization. Who Should Attend
The Program is designed for Working Graduates, Professionals such as Engineers/CA/CFA/ICWA/ Technologists and Fresh Graduates who wish to combine their study with work. The program can also be pursued as an add-on in any other specialized stream of education. Participants must possess a graduation degree from any recognized Indian university. They must also be proficient in written and spoken English.
Eligibility
- Candidates with minimum 50% in Graduation (under 10+2+3 scheme) from a recognized University.
- Admission in PGDM can be granted on the basis of MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA / any other state level test for Interested candidates with below 50% in graduation. There will be no cut off score.
- Interested Candidates if not appeared in any mentioned test and with less than 50% in graduation, if desirous for admission in the same session are required to appear in the Management Aptitude test to be conducted by AIMA from time to time. They may be given provisional admission with an undertaking that they will appear in the Management Aptitude Test whenever finalized.

Application fees should be through DD drawn in favor of “Hughes Communications India Limited” payable in Gurgaon. The Program fees shall be paid vide a demand draft drawn in favor of All India Management Association-CME, payable at Delhi. Fee once paid is neither refundable nor transferable towards any other student/program/batch. HCIL/ AIMA reserves the right to modify the program fee in case of any changes in applicable taxes including but not limited to service tax on the program.

Module 1
The modular design of the program divided into 4 modules builds a strong foundation in the basic areas of the management and allows the students to specialize in the area of their interest
Methodology
The Pedagogy will be highly interactive. It will leverage use of technology. It will consist of a judicious blend of lectures, real life case studies, quizzes & assignment.
Credit System
The courses offered at AIMA falls into two categories i.e. 4 credit courses. A 4-credit course runs into 10 hrs of IOL Classes per course (Total 120 hrs of study input required per course inclusive of IOL-10 hrs. Chat Session- 10 hrs, Discussion forum-10 hrs and Self study-90hrs) each course carries 4 Credit*(Credit system is as per the DEC norms)

- Classroom Component: This component forms the core of PGDM. Spread over 2 Years it consists of 132 hours over the HughesNet Interactive Onsite Learning technology. The classes will be conducted twice a week for two hours each.
- Self Study Component: The self-study component provides an opportunity to the student to go through the extensive course material to be provided to the participant. The course material provides the participants with ample chance to build on management concepts in an easy manner, which are going to be reinforced during the classroom sessions with the faculty.
