Choosing the HughesNetâ„¢ Fusion Business Partnership means you will receive continued and excellent on-going support. The HughesNetâ„¢ Fusion team works to support you. All support areas have a dedicated Business Partner support line. Business Partners have an independent website where all information regarding schemes, trainings and presentations are made available.      Â

Technical Support and Engineering

The Technical Support Team will help the HughesNetâ„¢ Fusion Business Partner to have a fully operational center, which will deliver the highest quality of service and availability to customers With help from the technical support team the Business Partners will be able to concentrate on acquiring and servicing customers. Right from installation to routine technical problems that may be faced by the center, Technical Support Contact Center and the Website are available to the Business Partner such that problems faced by the Center or Customers can be resolved in the shortest possible time.

Technical call center with multiple contact options including phone, mail, chat, web-based system & SMS (Student Management System) will help the Business Partner to resolve any kind of technical problems.

In addition, HughesNetâ„¢ Fusion will also provide support to Business Partners by following ways:

  1. Proactive Monitoring of your centre
  2. Trained technical support team available throughout the service window
  3. Regular training and updates on new products and features    Â
  4. Technology and product evaluation by skilled and experienced engineering team
  5. Creation and co-ordination for multiple levels of support
  6. Local support, regional support, original equipment manufacturers, central technical support specialists.
  7. Regular and periodic reporting, Call status reports and center uptime    Â
  8. Assistance in getting the best pricing and high levels of support for 3rd party equipments like PCs, peripherals and networking equipment

Marketing Support

HughesNet™ Fusion will design the sales and promotional materials. We create and plan marketing campaigns that you should conduct in your markets to make customers. HughesNet™ Fusion has the support of the professional agencies for advertising, public relations or below the line activities. HughesNet™ Fusion knows what sales tools work, which means you don't have to do the same. We have marketing and sales campaigns to help you quickly generate revenue in your markets.

 HughesNetâ„¢ Fusion marketing team will conduct marketing campaigns and activities. HughesNetâ„¢ Fusion will provide a minimum amount of marketing material for these campaigns. Marketing materials can be used for in-store promotions or for local community programs.Â

Sales Support

Acquiring customers can be difficult at times and implementation of marketing programs may require support from the HughesNetâ„¢ Fusion Sales support team. The sales support team is equipped to initially hand-hold and train the Business Partner in perfecting  customer acquisition. Within Sales a separate Business Partner Support team will work with the Business Partners to identify ground level activities that will boost the Business Partner performance.         Â

Business Partner Support and Fulfillment

Business Partner Support (Training, Development & Audit)

Business Partner support and fulfillment will enhance your business skills and help run business as per guidelines. Business Partner support and fulfillment team will deliver training and development programmes over videos that are sent to the Business Partner.While we develop and commission the Business Partner center, Franchisee will receive a training CD containing:

  1. Introduction to Franchising
  2. Principles of Franchising
  3. Role and responsibility of a Business Partner
  4. Services and Product training
  5. Target marketing
  6. Business process, eg: revenue share, SMS, etc...
  7. New Product & Services

Business Partner Audit    Â

Periodic audits will be conducted for all the Fusion centres to assist the Business Partner in solving technical problems, develop processes in case they face any problems in selling products and maintain a clean and hygienic center that will result in higher customer experience and satisfaction. Business Partner support team will also be introducing new services and products. We communicate these via email, letters, training on our platform and details of all the services and products will be available on Business Partner intranet site for reference.The HughesNet™ Fusion intranet will contain the following:

Lastly, but not the least Business Partner Support will always be there to listen and resolve your problems. Fulfillment team will assist Business Partners to ensure trouble free operations and on time payments and deliveries. Post sign-up the Fulfillment team will take over to ensure a smooth rollout of the center.

The Business Partner center rollout will cover:

  1. Pre-opening/starting formalities e.g., account opening with partner banks for easy payment transfers
  2. Ensuring the construction of the state-of-art center ensuring that the best quality of material and craftsmanship is used at     most competitive prices.
  3. Ensure the best technology products are delivered to you at competitive prices to help you operate the services.Â
  4. A tentative list of equipments with pricing is enclosed for your review and to allow you to calculate your investments.
  5. Fulfillment will also ensure all ongoing formalities including Business Partner Agreement is concluded and on-going activities such as Business Partner payments and re-imbursements of approved expenses are processed and paid.
  6. Delivery/shipment of marketing/sales promotion material, gifts, periodicals, study materials.
